You will need additional time prior to your services for paperwork. Lockers robes and slippers are provided, however, Bella Vita Day Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items. To ensure relaxation for our clients, we ask that you do not bring children to the spa unless they are receiving a service.

Arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment so that your session can begin on time.  So the following client is not inconvenienced, appointment duration will be adjusted for late arrivals at a full fee.

Because your space is reserved for you, a 24 hour notice for cancellation is required or the full fee is due. Full fee is due for same day appointments. If you fail to give 24 hours notice while using a gift certificate, that certificate will become null & void. It is only fair to our therapists to be paid for the time that you have scheduled. A 48 hour cancellation is mandatory for any changes with in a spa party.

Any client with heart or circulation problems, high blood pressure, diabetes, pregnancy, under medication or any other health issue or injury, should consult their physician before receiving a massage. Pregnant women should not receive a massage until after the first trimester. They should not receive body wraps or any treatment that involves excessive heat or chemical peels.

Our service providers pride themselves in delivering excellent services. Gratuities are graciously accepted and appreciated.

All cash tips can be left directly with service providers

Couples massage recipients must be 18 years old.  Minors must have signed permission by a parent or guardian.  Minors must leave undergarments on during treatment.

No cash refunds.  Store credit will be issued on all products with a receipt within 30 days.  No exceptions.  No refunds on gift certificates.
