Guidelines

Because we are not closed to the public during Spa Parties, we ask that you adhere to the following guidelines:

1. Party must be booked 30 days in advance.
2. All food and beverage to be brought in must be approved by the management in advance.
3. We recognize that this is your special time and you want your guests to have fun and relax, but we must ask that all party guests remember that we are serving other clients that are not in your spa party. Because we want all clients to receive wonderful treatments, we ask that you and your guests use “spa voices” while in all areas of the facility.
4. You will be assigned a Party Coordinator who will help you and your guest with anything you need the day of your party i.e. set-up, service times, food prep, lockers, etc.
5. We request that a representative from your party come to view our spa prior to your special day. That will give you a greater understanding of how our spa is set up and what you can expect.
6. A credit card number will be required to hold your reservations. A Spa Coordinator will contact you after this form has been received to obtain the credit card information.
7. All changes to services must be completed 48 hours prior to the day of the party. No changes or cancellations will be permitted after that time. All services on our books must be paid in full at time of party regardless of whether or not services were rendered or guest ever arrived. The credit card left to hold every appointment will be charged in full if guest fail to arrive or fail to give 48 hours notice of cancellation.
8. Bella Vita has a no child policy, but an exception will be made if you have a child in your party. If the child is under 12 yrs, we ask that the child be dropped off at the time of appointment and then picked up after their service has been completed.
9. If nail services are requested, please keep in mind that French polish and nail art will available for additional charges: Manicure- $5 French, $5 nail art, Pedicure- $6 French, $5 nail art. Because of damage to the nails and nail bed, we do not offer artificial nails of any kind.

By submitting this form, you agree to all the above guidelines and make it your responsibility to pass this information along to all the members of the party and you are electronically authorizing Bella Vita Spa and Salon to use the credit card you will be supplying if failure to follow the above guidelines should occur.
